Sopranos/24 Star Louis Lombardi

August 29, 2013 @ 12:28 pm

You know Louis Lombardi as the lovable Edgar Stiles on 24, who charmed viewers as Chloe O’Brian’s right-hand man over at CTU until his shocking and emotional send-off caused an uproar throughout the entire TV landscape. You also know him as Skip Lipari on The Sopranos, the FBI agent who worked closely with Vinnie Pastore’s “Big Pussy” once he turned informant, eventually leading to his demise. Louis is a beloved and respected actor who has been working for decades. Not only did he play key roles in two of the most popular TV shows of all time, he’s also appeared in Suicide Kings, The Usual Suspects, and the upcoming thriller Runner Runner. Louis will always be known first and foremost as a brilliant character actor, however recently he has decided to take on another project that is near and dear to his heart, and the heart of almost every Italian living in America...FOOD. Louis has started his own line of gourmet Italian food products called Lombardi Gourmet, where they will be selling pastas, olives, sauces and everything you need to sit down and have a good old fashion family dinner, something Louis thinks has gotten lost over the years. Louis stopped by to talk about two of my favorite shows, 24 and The Sopranos, how he got both roles, his controversial exit from 24 and how the fans reacted, his relationship with the one and only James Gandolfini, why he’s getting into the gourmet food business and a whole lot more! This is a very fun show that you do not want to miss! Follow Louis on twitter @LouisLombardi and look for Lombardi Gourmet in stores near you and online at
